तब्बल ९५ वर्षांनी एक नवे वर्ष अंगारकी चतुर्थीने सुरु झाले. विघ्न हर्त्याच्या दर्शनासाठी,
नव्या वर्षाच्या मंगलमयी सुरुवातीसाठी सार्यांनी धाव घेतली.

समाजातल्या वाम प्रवृत्तींशी एकजूटीने लढण्यासाठी समाज पूढे येताना दिसतोय.
थंडीच्या दुलईत नाशिककर गरमा - गरम बुधाच्या जिलेबी वर ताव मारताना दिसतोय.

Margasira Lakshmi Puja Vidhanam: Procedure of Margasira Guruvara Laxmi Vratham

Margasira Lakshmi Puja is one of the major vows observed in North Coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh. Though the puja procedure or puja vidhanam is same as other Lakshmi vratham like Deepavali Lakshmi puja and Varalakshmi puja, the naivedyam that is offered to the Goddess is different. Margasira Lakshmi vratam 2012-2013 dates are: December 20, December 27, January 3, January 10 and January 17 in 2013.

 On Thursdays in Margasira month, devotees prepare to perform Laxmi puja either in temples or at homes. Houses are cleaned and kept neat during the festival days and the image or small idol of Goddess Lakshmi is placed at puja place. Some people also place a Kalasham instead of image or idol of Lakshmi.

Lord Vinayaka or Ganesh is worshipped first. Devotees perform Prathama puja to Ganapati to get rid of obstacles or vignas. After Ganapati puja, Goddess Lakshmi is worshipped with shodashopachara puja and ashtottaram and offered special Naivedya on each day during the month. The Margasira Lakshmi vratha katha or the story of Margashira Laxmi puja is recited after puja.

Margarshirsha Maas - Importance

Margashirsha maas or Margashira masam is the ninth month as per traditional Hindu calendar. It is believed as one of the auspicious months for Hindus. In Puranas, Margashirsh maas is mentioned as ‘Maasonam Margashirshoham which means there is no auspicious month as Margashiram.

Margashirsh month is also mentioned in the Bhagwad Gita by Lord Sri Krishna. The below slokam tells about the significance and spiritual importance of margasheersha maas.

Bruhatsama thatha samnam
Gayatri Chandasamaham
Masanam Margashoham
Ruthunam Kusumakarna

It means – Lord Krishna says “I, myself, stay in Bruhathsama in the Samaveda, Gayatri in Chandassu or literature, Margashirsha or Margashira in months and Vasant rithu in rithus or seasons”.

It is said that performing ritual bath in the Ganga river during Margashirsh month gives the result of ten million grahan snan. Vishnu Puja during the month is highly auspicious. Lakshmi puja is observed on Margashirsh lakshmivar or Guruvar during margashira masam. Vishnu Sahasranama parayana and visiting Vishnu temples in the month is most preferred deeds.

21 Dec. 2012 - Myths & Truth .........

First of all let me thank god giving me life to write this post & these words.
Today, Dec 21st, 2012 passing quietly & calmly.  There were stories about World will end on this date based on ancient Maya Culture Calender.

Maya culture was pretended to exist before 5ooo years & were expertise among astrological science. Myths & rumors said their calender has 21st Dec. 2012 as a last date of world. However, today news bulletins focused was not so & their calender exists till 4772 yr ; where we are just in 2012. NASA statement supports the view.

Proud to say , Mohan Date, Panchang Creater of Date Panchanga gave a statement on Zee 24 taas news channel saying NASA & Indian astrology are ultimately based on science & mathematics. Even Indian Astrology says there are 4 crore years of kaliyug where we are just in 5ooo year of the same. There is much more time to go for our dear mother earth. Brahma dev who is responsible for LIFE on earth has 50yrs of life which are not earth years. These 50 yrs of life are equivalent to many crore years of we human beings.

Conclusively, 2012 was little terrifying , more disastrous year begint with Japan-Tsunami on the very first day of the year. This year was a bad patch / slag for many of us across the word. We came across many financial & corruption problems in this year. We lost many gems of Bollywood.

विवाह लवकर जमावा म्हणून उपाय : कट्यायनी देवीचे व्रत आणि इतर

A. अनुरूप, मनासारखा वर मिळावा म्हणून मुलीने करावयाचे उपाय :

  1. Om hareeng kumaraye namah sawaha  हा जप १ लाख २५ हजार वेळा करणे.
  2.

“Hey gauri shankaradhan yatha twam shankarpriya

Tatha man kuru kalyani kantkantan sudurlabham”

 रोज ५ माळा जप सलग २१ दिवस करणे .
  3.

“Om katyayani mahabhage mahayoginy adhishvarim

Nand gop sutam devi patiam me kurute namah”

एकांत आणि शांत जागी मुलीने पश्चिमेस  तोंड करून ५ माळा  रोज जपाव्यात. सकाळी सकाळी करावे. सलग ४१ दिवसांनी शुक्ल पक्षातील सोमवारी किवा शुक्रवारी ९ माता पार्वतीची पूजा करून ; लहान मुलींना आणि ३ लहान मुलांना भोजन आणि मुलींना ओढणी / रुमाल व मुलांना काहीतरी कापड दान करावे. ब्राह्मणास  यथेच्य दान करावे.

4. कट्यायनी देवीचे व्रत : ( १६ डिसेम्बर-१४ जानेवारी २०१२ )

कट्यायनी व्रत हे देवी रुक्मिणीने श्रीकृष्णाला पती म्हणून प्राप्त करण्यासाठी केले होते , असा पुराणात उल्लेख आहे.
संदर्भ: भागवत पुराण , देवी महात्म्य, तैत्रेय्य अरण्यका, कृष्ण याजुर्वेदाचा काही भाग आणि स्कंद पुराणात हे व्रत अत्यंत पवित्र आणि फलदायी सांगितले आहे.
